Admission to the Bar of the Court of Appeals

For attorneys seeking application to be admitted to the Bar of the Court of Appeals of Georgia, it is necessary to fill out an application card and have it signed by two attorneys who are members of this Court and who can attest to your personal and professional character. This card, along with your check for $30.00, must be presented to the Court. If you wish to be sworn-in on oral argument days, please check in the clerk's office by 9:30 a.m. On days the Court is not hearing oral arguments, you can generally be sworn in anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
