Attention is directed to Rule 28 of The Court of Appeals of Georgia.

The following cases have been placed on the calendar for argument in accordance with Rule 28(a). Generally, cases will be called in the order listed and on the day named, beginning at 10 a.m. (Please check detailed daily calendar below for any time changes.) To accomodate the bar and pro se parties, the Court will call cases out of turn in which counsel or pro se parties respectively inform the Clerk that time of the argument will be limited to 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes per side, [Rule 28(f)].

The Court asks that counsel who present exhibit boards or use the courtroom document camera during oral argument to please also provide three 8 ½" x 11" paper copies of their exhibit for distribution to the judges on the division hearing oral argument.

Report to the Clerk at 9:30a.m. in the Court of Appeals Courtroom on the 6th floor of the State Judicial Building located on Margaret Mitchell Street across from the State Capitol Building. Announce your name, your case number and indicate whether you wish five (5) ten (10) or fifteen (15) minutes oral argument. If the sides do not agree on length, the longer time will be given. Your cooperation and timely reporting will greatly assist the Court to begin promptly at 10:00a.m.
