DOCKET/CASE INQUIRY SYSTEM
Welcome to the Court of Appeals Docket/Case inquiry system. Here you will find information and status of all cases since January of 2003. To access case information you may use either the Court of Appeals docket/case number, the trial court case number or a word from the style of the case (Smith v. State). The Court of Appeals docket/case number should be entered for example as A03A1234. The system is not alphabetically case sensitive. Please note that Emergency Motions docketed in the Court are not displayed on the Docket/Case Inquiry System.
Please be advised that the Court's Web Docket is real time. The Docket used by personnel of the Clerk's Office does not contain any information more current than that displayed on the Web Docket. Therefore, the Clerk's Office is unable to supply by telephone any information more up to date than the information displayed on the Web Docket.
The system is created and maintained by the Court of Appeals technical staff. If you have any questions please use the following link to submit them by e-mail.
