September 20, 2024 – Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller, Judge Todd Markle, and Judge Benjamin A. Land head northwest to Cobb County to hold oral arguments. This will be the Court of Appeals of Georgia’s fourth offsite event of 2024. The panel will be hearing oral arguments in the Ceremonial Courtroom of the Superior Court on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 10:30 am.
This event is open to the public and we anticipate it will be attended by local members of the bar and other members of the public.
This visit continues the Court’s program of outreach across the state.
