Presiding Judge Yvette Miller of the Court of Appeals of Georgia will discuss the ongoing history of black women in the judiciary in a webinar titled “All Rise: The Evolution of Black Women in the Judiciary.” Fulton County Superior Court Judge Shermela J. Williams will moderate the forum, which is sponsored by the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the National Association of Women Judges. Presiding Judge Miller will be joined by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams and former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia Leah Ward Sears, who is currently a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
