Admission to the Bar of the Court of Appeals

For attorneys seeking application to be admitted to the Bar of the Court of Appeals of Georgia, it is necessary to fill out an application form and have it signed by two attorneys who are members of this Court and who can attest to your personal and professional character. This form, along with your check for $30.00, must be presented to the Court. If you wish to be sworn in during open court during an oral argument, please contact the Clerk's office in advance. Please check the calendar to determine days the Court is holding oral argument. On days the Court is not hearing oral arguments, you can generally be sworn-in anytime between 8:30 a.m. and noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
