Division 2 to Hold Oral Arguments at Emory School of Law

Emory School of Law will host a session of the Court of Appeals on Thursday, September 14, at 10 am. Dean Mary Anne Bobinski will introduce Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller, Chief Judge Amanda H. Mercier, and Judge Ken Hodges, who will hear three oral arguments in the Tull Auditorium followed by a Q&A session with students.

Emory Law School Dean Mary Anne Bobinski will welcome the judges before the arguments begin.

Below are links to the parties’ briefs in the appeals being argued; case numbers A23A1449, A23A1450, and A23A1451 are companion cases that will be argued together.
