Presiding Judge Miller joined Vice Chief Judge Mercier to speak with some of the summer interns at the Court of Appeals and the 2023 Phipps Fellow. The Judges were asked by the summer interns at the Court of Appeals to discuss a workers compensation case that was heard by the panel on Oral Argument on June 6, 2023.
